What You Can Do To Maintain Breast Health

Enjoy Green Tea. A component of green tea called epigallocatechin gallate (ECCG) is a powerful antioxidant that is believed to suppress the growth of new blood vessels in tumors. ECCG also seems to play a role in keeping cancer cells from destroying healthy tissue. Enjoy at least a cup or two of tea daily.

Increase Cruciferous Vegetables.   High estrogen levels increase the risk of breat cancer.  Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables contain indole-3-methane, which the liver converts to Diindolemethane (DIM), which converts excess estrogen into a  healthier form.  If you find difficulty in adding cruciferous vegetables to your diet you can try a vegetable powder blend that contains broccoli and cauliflower- simply mix with water and drink.  You can also take a DIM supplement.

Consume The Spice Cousins. Turmeric and ginger are cousins in the plant world.  Their roots contain compounds curcumin and gingeroles respectively, which aid the immune system in eradicating the body of cancer cells.  Research shows that they, kill breast cancer cells, suppress the generation of tumor blood vessels, and reactivate genes that suppress tumor development.   One the easiest ways to consume these is via a shake containing these two powerful spices.
